Refund policy

At SquatBuddy, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll make it right — no hassle, no stress.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

To start a return, simply email us at support@squatbuddy.ca with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label — return shipping is 100% free across Canada.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If it’s been more than 10 business days and you haven’t received your refund, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us if needed.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@squatbuddy.ca and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
