Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Sunday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it ships.
We always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible — most customers receive their package within 1–3 business days after it’s shipped.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your door.
If you haven’t received your tracking email within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@squatbuddy.ca.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@squatbuddy.ca — we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.
Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Check around your delivery area (porch, lobby, or with a neighbor).

Contact the carrier using your tracking number.

If it’s still missing after 2 business days, reach out to us at support@squatbuddy.ca — we’ll help you investigate and make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once tracking information has been issued, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you may still be eligible for a return once received.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada.
